At Irish Poké Finds, we take pride in providing authentic Pokémon cards and collectibles with accurate photos, clear descriptions, and secure packaging. Our goal is to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

A. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item.

B. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

C. Lost Items

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, we will assist in tracking or replacing it depending on courier outcome.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Pokémon card singles

  • Mystery bags

  • Booster packs (opened or sealed but tampered with)

  • Products where condition was clearly shown in photos

  • Clearance items

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

This protects the integrity of our collectibles and prevents card swapping.


3. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Sealed products must remain unopened

  • All accessories, packaging, and bonuses must be included

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, altered, or handled in a way that reduces value.


4. Return Process

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank provider


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged items

All exchanges depend on stock availability.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed or shipped.
