Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Irish Poké Finds! We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and securely to ensure your Pokémon cards and collectibles arrive safely.


1. Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Standard Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Busy periods (sales, new releases): 2–4 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship from Dublin, Ireland using trusted carriers such as An Post, DPD, and UPS.

Ireland (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Post: 1–3 business days

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–2 business days

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight & order size.


United Kingdom

  • Standard International: 3–7 business days

  • Tracked Delivery: 3–5 business days

Customs fees may apply depending on order value.


Europe

  • Standard International: 5–10 business days

  • Tracked Delivery: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.


United States & Canada

  • Tracked International Delivery: 7–14 business days

Customs delays may extend this timeframe.


Rest of World

We ship worldwide. Delivery times typically range 10–20 business days depending on location.


3. Tracking Your Order

If you select tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Untracked shipping does not include a tracking number and is used at the buyer’s risk.


4. Packaging & Card Protection

We take card condition seriously. All singles and valuable items are shipped with:

  • Card sleeves

  • Toploaders or semi-rigids

  • Bubble mailers or boxes

  • Extra padding for high-value orders

Sealed products are shipped in protective outer packaging to avoid damage.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot mark items as “gift”.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed:

  • Please allow up to 20 business days for international deliveries

  • Contact us and we will assist in tracking

If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer:

  • Replacement (if available), OR

  • Refund

Untracked parcels cannot be refunded if lost in transit.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address.

If the address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional postage fee applies)

If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, Irish Poké Finds is not responsible.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be modified.
